Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza

I am still on the free 30 day trial from Audible and am working on creating a habit of listening to more educational materials – instead of just listening to mindless (although sometimes entertaining and mood altering) music. I just feel like I can be even more productive at the gym, in the car or at the airport, if I am listening to content that is going to teach me valuable lessons, as well as feed my soul.

My latest listen from Amazon’s Audible is called Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I really like the subtitle: “How to lose your mind and create a new one”. Very appropriate for me (and millions of others) who has recently lost his mind ..

I really liked listening to the book, but it is a book that I will need to listen to again and again. Instead of buying it on Audible, I wish I would have purchased the Kindle or hard copy version – which I still might.

Because the guided meditations were NOT included in the Audible version, I had to burn another Audible credit to buy those too – without them, the book would not have the full effect. Meditations for Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. So much for having to worry about what to spend my monthly Audible credit on ….

Overall, I am happy to have added these titles to my Audible ‘Reading’ List.
