It’s been 31 days since the big game. Good things are happening. I’m starting to write more and more.

My workouts are going well. Shoulder, knee and neck rehab are A LOT slower than I thought or would have liked. Still have to stick with low weights, not much overhead and dealing with lots of pain and tightness.

More good news: They say that the gyms in San Diego may open again soon.
